James M. Wong is the owner and founder of Studio 222 Personal Training Centers, based in the planned community of Summerlin in Las Vegas, Nevada. Armed with the philosophy that strong partnerships are the cornerstone of a healthier life, Studio 222 vows to be a partner in health while helping clients strengthen partnerships with their own bodies, lives, minds, spirits, and ultimately their worlds.
Having earned the well-respected Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) credential from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), James brings his unique and customer-friendly training style to Studio 222. Combining a background of 25 years in the hotel and restaurant industry and over 8 years of training in Muay Thai and boxing at the world famous Fairtex camp in San Francisco, James works with you, designing your program to build the specific functional strength you need to perform the tasks of your everyday life with ease and precision. Whether you are an elite athlete, a busy professional, or a stay at home parent your life is an athletic event and you need to train to perform at a consistently high level.
Unlike many “No Pain No Gain” gyms, we encourage a positive, supportive atmosphere at Studio 222. We are your partners in health, not your task-masters. All of our trainers are certified by one of many nationally recognized associations of the health and fitness industry, CPR certifications and have complete fitness industry insurance coverage for your safety.
