30 day Personal Small Group Training at
Studio 222 for only $175 per person
Studio 222 and Wholy Fit Holistic Nutrtion are teaming up to bring you personal training for small groups for 3 to 5ppl. Motivate and help your friends stay on track by putting together small groups to train together. You will receive expert training and guidance from nationally certified trainers who design each training program specifically for your group and weekly nutrional counseling and support from Melissa Blynn a Certified Holistic Nutrional Counselor. Melissa and her company Wholy Fit has been assisting Studio 222's clients reach their goals with great success. Each session is 30 days and is $175 per person. 30 day sessions include:
* Accountability with four (4) weekly counseling and food journal review
* Ten (10) challenging training sessions from functional to yoga to boxing
* Spacious 3300sf eco-savvy training space designed for personal training
* Certified, experienced and expert trainers specializing in weight loss and conditioning
* Personal food journals to start your journey

Flexibility is as important to your health and fitness as lifting weights and doing cardio training. Get yourself started on a smart, safe program and join us for Practical Flexibility-Yoga 101 every Sunday 9:30am-10:30am.

Practical Flexibility-Yoga with David
Tuesdays 6:30-7:45pm
You don't need to put your foot behind your head to do advance yoga. Changing your training routine and adding new movements is always beneficial to enhancing strength, balance, core stability and endurance. Join us in this challenging class taught by David Oliphant who also teaches the performers for Le Reve.
