Heather Doane-Masters in Health Promotion and NASM Certified Personal Trainer

Heather Doane has been involved in the fitness and wellness industry for over 7 years. She believes that reaching optimum levels of personal fitness allows people to live a better quality of life and is passionate about giving people the tools to reach their individual goals. While experienced in working with a variety of people, her specialty areas include fat loss, osteoporosis, teenage obesity, and pre and post natal fitness. Heather holds a Master’s Degree in Health Promotion and Education from the University of Nevada Las Vegas is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a Certified Health Education Specialist and a group fitness instructor.

Beth Diehl-BS in Corporate Wellness & Fitness and ACSM Health Fitness Pro

Beth has been in the fitness field for over 5 years and has worked with everyone from corporate executives, pro athletes and military to youth and novice exercisers. Beth sees each client as an individual and provides the expertise and support needed to help make healthy lifestyles changes. Along with her BS in Corporate Wellness and Fitness, she is a certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health Fitness Professional and by the American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer. Beth has expertise in one on one personal training and small group fitness training.

 David Oliphant-Hatha Yoga Instructor

David obtained his RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) Certification in Reno at Yoga Loka which is a registered school with the yoga governing organization, Yoga Alliance.  He specializes in Hatha yoga for couples, partners and small groups. Melissa Blynn-Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant

For optimal results physically, emotionally and overall health, nutrition is the key ingredient. With hard work and dedication she has become a certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant by Global College of Natural Medicine and has learned the importance of making good nutrition a lifestyle, which has become her new lifelong passion. Melissa’s approach to health and nutrition is to provide assistance to her clients on their journey to help them understand how stress, attitude, toxins, and food can contribute to how their bodies function, feel and look. Her mission is to educate and provide the tools to not only look and feel good, but also teach them how to derive energy from the food they eat, learn to manage stress proactively, and also how a faulty digestive system may be to blame for less then ideal results. Melissa will guide you through the steps necessary to help you uncover your potential health problems and assist you in reaching lifelong goals for happiness, health, and optimal wellness through nutrition
